A classic winter staple for girls to dress up or down & ideal for layering. Perfect for twirling as it flairs out slightly at the bottom and sits at the top of the knee. The sleeves have ribbed cuffs to keep them snug and warm. The chest frill detailing is embroidered with a simplistic leaf pattern. We’ve made it practical for play by adding a matching bummie.
